I think Derek Riggs, the man who designed the first eight album covers for Iron Maiden has seen this movie. There is same kind of neck shackle on this monsters neck than on Eddies neck in Piece of Mind album cover, and same kind of metallic staples on their foreheads too. And both, the film and the album, were distributed by EMI.
