Christian, a renowned art expert, became impotent following an accident many years ago. One of his colleagues in Rome, Professor Mengui, asks him to host his son Rodrigo and his daughter-in-law Veronica, who have a tumultuous relationship, as well as his niece, the brunette Carla, for the weekend.
