Gunilla, a beautiful young Swedish lesbian, is dumped by her French girlfriend. Heartbroken, she gets on a plane headed to the ski slopes of northern California to console herself. She spends her time pleasuring herself and watching the activities of her neighbors, an attractive and extremely horny straight couple, and befriends Marlene, an older and more experienced lesbian who teaches her a lot of things she never knew before.
Really LOVE your sites (which of course includes VintageClassix !), although I’m sometimes taken aback by the high prevalence of Jess Franco titles on the Duck . . . and the regular appearance of a whole lot worse examples than that. (Yes, that definitely refers to the likes of Mr. Zebub. I’m truly astounded that there is ANY audience for his work. Just goes to show . . . something or other.) Well, they don’t necessarily have to be any good, just different and harder to find. And someone ought to be covering those, so why not you ? And there are some much more highbrow items to be found here as well, for anyone so inclined.
At least with Millard, for all his quirks, personal obsessions, and lazy (cheapjack !) filmmaking shortcuts, we have a good idea what we’ll be getting. It should be eminently watchable, which is more than you can say for so many of the erotic “one day wonders.” As long as the surviving print was in reasonably good shape, what we’ll be seeing is apt to be quite a bit better lit and photographed than most of what his contemporaries were doing, with similar genre material !
Lately in my more obscure films hunting I seem to be having one of two results: You already had the title, so I don’t need to request it, or to swim out into torrent infested waters. *Or*, I managed to obtain it elsewhere, watched it — or at least fast-forwarded through it — found out just how utterly atrocious it was, a total waste of time, and so was glad that I never mentioned it here, or anywhere else for that matter. Even anonymously.
But please keep up your great work. It is much appreciated !
