Welcome to Striptease College, the place where aspiring glamour girls learn The Art of Burlesque under the tutelage of wacky Professor Peter L. G. Stringheimer (veteran baggy-pants comic and grade-Z movie actor CHARLIE CRAFTS affecting a bad German accent)! The professor instructs his pupils – at Anatomy Hall! – in the finer points of seductively taking their scanties off one piece at a time, whirling around, high kicks, and tassel-twirling.

Among the sexy students are Marilyn Monroe-look-alike ARLENE HUNTER (Bagdad After Midnite), and striptease queens CHEYENNE, MONA RAY, and VIRGINIA VALENTINE (who could definitely teach the Professor a thing or two). The gals live together in a dorm and lounge around in g-strings and pasties, dreaming of the day they’ll actually be strutting their stuff onstage.

When they’re not primping and admiring themselves in the mirror, the girls romp and play outdoors in bikinis and high heels, taking hikes in the woods, fencing, and even climbing trees!

Meanwhile, creepy landlord Mr. Oppenheimer (Buster Keaton’s brother HARRY KEATON) lurks about the campus peeping in on the class and demanding the overdue rent from the bumbling Professor.

After successfully passing their final exam – which entails performing a delightful song and dance routine in front of their peers – three of the graduates are officially ready to display their titillating talents to the world. However, much to the Professor’s dismay, some of his gals decide to study overseas in Paris with a younger rival teacher, Professor Pierre La Smelle (CARL PRINCE), who has a more sophisticated approach to the art of burlesque, instructing the girls in a classy salon-type atmosphere. Ooh-la-la!

In the end, the poor Professor goes from being a respected headmaster to a lowly broom-master at a burlesque theater! Ba-dum-dum!
