To represent the United States in a cultural festival organized by the Nazis of East Germany, the handsome, hip-swinging Rock ‘n’ Roll teen idol, Nick Rivers (Val Kilmer), travels deep behind the Iron Curtain. However, when Nick discovers that the promoters use the long-awaited event as a smokescreen to hide their plans to destroy the entire NATO submarine fleet in plain sight, the American singer allies with brave Hillary Flammond (Lucy Gutteridge) and the local French Resistance fighters.
