Mrs. Brady visits a creepy castle that is haunted by her lover, an evil priest that hung himself in the very room where they shared their unforbidden love. For his blasphemous ways, he is cursed to roam the halls of the castle. But before committing suicide, he performed great acts of dark magic and sorcery including imprisoning the spirit of a bishop and summoning forth a rat-like demon that now tortures his beloved.
In 1988 Empire Pictures filmed Pulse Pounders (1988). After the fall of Empire Pictures the 35mm print was lost, but 26 years later a VHS copy of an edited work-print was found, and restored in 2011.
